The full-welded ball valve uses double valve seats to achieve upstream and downstream isolation and sealing

Although fully welded ball valves use double valve seats upstream and downstream for isolation and sealing, the valve seats inevitably wear down during long-term operation; when the valve is closed, a certain degree of internal leakage may occur in the upstream valve seat, and the leaking medium enters the valve ball cavity. The specially designed downstream valve seat effectively prevents overpressure in the valve ball cavity; once the cavity pressure exceeds the downstream pressure by about 138 KPa, it will push the downstream valve seat away from the ball, releasing the pressure into the downstream pipeline.
Cleaning of valve parts from fully welded ball valve manufacturers: When installing fluid pipelines and holding valves, the inner cavity must be clean. Especially for valves used in nuclear power, medicine, and food industries, in order to ensure the purity of the medium and avoid medium contamination, the cleanliness of the valve inner cavity is strictly required.
