Directly buried welded ball valves can be buried directly underground without the need for large valve wells. Only small, shallow wells need to be set up on the ground, greatly saving construction costs and time. The length of the valve body and the height of the valve stem can be adjusted according to the construction and design requirements of the pipeline. The processing precision of the ball is very precise, the operation is convenient, and there is no adverse interference.
The thick-walled multi-layer welding process of welded ball valves is a process in which metal materials are repeatedly heated and cooled, leading to inhomogeneity and deterioration of the welded joint structure, resulting in high residual stress, and even welding defects. Welding is also the last process after the assembly of this product. The valve cavity contains non-metallic sealing materials such as rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene plastic, and cannot be subjected to post-weld heat treatment.
