Our customers often see descriptions of fully welded ball valves, particularly regarding their warranty. Fully welded ball valves boast a 20-year warranty and "0" leakage. So how do fully welded ball valves earn such high praise?
First, the valve seat of a fully welded ball valve consists of a carbonized PTFE sealing ring and a spring, so it is highly adaptable to changes in pressure and temperature. Within the specified pressure and temperature range, no leakage will occur. Moreover, the sealing ring itself uses PTFE raw material with 20% carbon content, guaranteeing completely zero leakage (0%).
Second, the valve body material of a fully welded ball valve is the same as the pipe material, preventing uneven stress and deformation caused by earthquakes or passing vehicles. The pipeline is resistant to aging. Directly buried welded ball valves can be buried underground without the need for large valve wells; only a small, shallow well is needed on the ground, significantly saving construction costs and time. The length of the valve body and the height of the valve stem can be adjusted according to the pipeline construction and design requirements.
